With the 15-Hour Allied National USPAP Course, you'll learn the material at your own pace, at your convenience. All instruction and assignments are designed specifically for home study. In fact, Allied is one of the few schools to offer an equivalent National USPAP Course through distance education. Short reading assignments allow you to focus on main ideas. Quizzes show how well you learned the material. Each lesson ends with a summary of the important points of the lesson.

• Discuss the different appraisal organizations and how they relate to both USPAP and each other.
• Discuss the distinct meaning of the key terms defined in USPAP.
• Recognize the primary purpose of USPAP.
• Discuss the differences between a valuation service and appraisal practice.
• Understand what truly establishes a person as an appraiser.
• Identify that an appraisal is a process and a method of solving a problem and know it is not the act of reporting the assignment results nor is it the document produced.
• Recognize while all real property appraisals are unique, the steps in the process of appraisal development is the same.
• Recognize the essential differences that make each report unique.
• Identify key components to writing business appraisal reports.
