With the 15-Hour Allied National USPAP Course, you'll learn the material at your own pace, at your convenience. All instruction and assignments are designed specifically for home study.   • Identify that an appraisal is a process and a method of solving a problem and know it is not the act of reporting the assignment results nor is it the document produced.
  • Recognize while all real property appraisals are unique, the steps in the process of appraisal development is the same.
  • Recognize the essential differences that make each report unique.
  • Identify key components to writing business appraisal reports.
